How to find a job in Russia online in 2026

Work in Russia – Complete Guide for Indian Workers, Salary, Benefits & Easy Process
Friends, you must have heard the name of Russia. The reason I’m saying this is that nowadays everyone wants to come to Russia. People want to come here and settle, want to work here. What is the reason? These days, coming to Russia has become very easy. People are coming here on language courses, on study visas, and after coming here, they work and earn good money. I will try to explain this to you in detail. Make sure to watch the blog till the end to understand how you can come to Russia, what is the easy way, what is the cost of living here, what kind of jobs are available, and how much money you can earn. I will cover many things in this blog. So let’s start the blog.
First, look at the area around me. This is Russia’s capital, Moscow. I am inside Moscow city. Look behind me—this is a tram. I’m showing this tram because it is very beautiful. I have only seen such beautiful trams in Luxembourg, and now I’m seeing them here as well.
Now let’s talk about coming here. People from their home countries come here on language courses. For a language course, first you get a 3-month visa. Then it gets extended to 9 months. So people come here on a 3-month visa, then the university extends it to 9 months, and after that, you can get a 1-year visa. Once you have a 1-year visa, you can also work here.
For work, I have met many people here who explained how you can work and how much you can earn. The most common job here is in the construction field. You can get work as a general helper—sometimes with electricians, sometimes with plumbers. There are many building construction projects going on. Big projects like stadiums are also being built, so there is work available. People can easily earn around 3000 per day, which becomes around ₹9000 to ₹1 lakh monthly. In that, accommodation is provided by the company, but food is your own expense. After expenses, people save around 60–70k. Not bad, right?
So this is one option—construction work. The second is food delivery. There are many food delivery jobs here. People earn good money—around 5000 per day, which becomes around ₹1.5 lakh monthly. But the work is hard—you have to continuously work 10–12 hours on a scooter. Like you saw that guy going behind—he was doing food delivery. So small scooters are used for this work.
The third job is in fast food places. Here, the name of KFC has been changed to something like Rustic. Also in Pizza Hut, there are many jobs. But salaries are a bit lower there since it’s indoor work—around ₹500 to ₹3000 per day.
So these are the types of jobs and salaries here. The work is not extremely heavy—even in construction, as a general helper, it’s manageable. Workers here say the work is relaxed, not like constant pressure.
You also need licenses for some jobs like operating JCB machines. There is a lot of construction happening—I have seen this since I came to Moscow. I will also try to take interviews of people here so you can understand their real experiences—how they live, their expenses, and how they earn.
Many people say there are no opportunities in their home countries, so coming to Russia can be a better option. You can settle here, earn money, extend your visa, and even get an open work permit. Once you come and stay, you will understand many things.
Look at the transport here—very good system. Metro, trams, taxis—you can see yellow taxis. The whole place looks like Europe because it is basically part of Europe. The buildings and structure all look European.
The weather is quite cold. Today is 10th September, and the temperature is around 12–13°C, but it feels like 10°C. I had to wear a hoodie in the morning. From October, it becomes very cold—even minus 20 to 30 degrees. You will see snow everywhere.
So Russia is a cold country, but there is good money. Work hours can be 8 to 12 hours depending on the job. The more you work, the more you earn.
This is my first blog about Russia. I tried to explain a few things. I will show you more of the surrounding area. If you liked the blog, share it with your friends, like it, and subscribe to the channel. I will bring more informative blogs about Russia.
I will also make a blog about the famous Red Square. This is a very beautiful area. You can also see different tram lines—red line, blue line, green line. There are also big statues here, and this is a metro station and a big train station.
Some Indian people are also sitting here. And that girl there is also making a blog.
So enjoy the blog. If you are thinking of coming to Russia, you can come. It has a good environment, good money, and a good life.
